Summary of the story
As a result of the Refornment Movement of 1898, the "Six Heroes" lost their lives. Huo Yuan Jia, who was filled with patriotic fervor, had wished to participate, but he fell into the enemy's trap and could only witness the heroes of his country perish. Shortly thereafter, China was invaded by the enemy. A year later, Huo Yuan Jia, now residing in ChangZhou, took a walk along the mountainside. Disheartened by his past and afraid of falling into the enemy's trap again, he decided to relocate to Shanghai. Huo Yuan Jia quickly gained a following and his reputation grew. The Japanese, who had invaded China, became concerned and began to provoke Huo Yuan Jia. Huo Yuan Jia fearlessly charged into battle and ultimately defeated the enemy with his courageous actions.
